    For special occasions, private gatherings, or exclusive events, we can extend our hours upon request. While we do not serve dinner regularly, we do open for select evening experiences, offering an intimate and refined atmosphere.

  • Hesperis graciously accepts gratuities. However, per Moroccan regulations, they must be given in cash, as card transactions cannot legally include tips, which would otherwise be classified as company revenue.

We source the world’s finest Arabica specialty beans from 18 different countries, meticulously selecting each one to highlight unique terroirs and flavor profiles. Our beans are roasted in-house to a medium roast, following Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards, ensuring exceptional quality and freshness in every cup.

  • Yes, for Moroccan dishes, we require 2 to 3 hours' notice, as they are prepared fresh, using traditional methods. We recommend pre-ordering to ensure availability.

  • For birthday cakes, advance orders are required. Additionally, desserts like soufflés and chocolate fondants take 20 minutes to prepare, so we advise ordering them ahead when dining with us

  • Yes, we offer customized catering services, whether for coffee, pastries, or a full dining experience.

  • Our VIP Room is an exclusive space for business meetings, private dinners, and intimate gatherings, accommodating up to 10 guests. It is available for hourly or full-day rental. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
